Starting from the 21st of May Montenegro opened its borders for all tourists traveling to it and you no longer need a PCR test for entering Montenegro. Also to promote Montenegro as a safe destination the government put into place a Covid prevention protocol for the touristic industry as well as offering free PCR tests for tourists that require a test before departing Montenegro. And in case you get the virus all medical treatment and bills are covered by the Montenegrin state.
